This workshop runs over 2 weeks and is facilitated by Leanna, our cancer support specialist and is aimed at helping people with common sleeping problems.

In the sessions you will learn more about sleep and have a chance to try out some relaxation techniques which have been shown to help people with their sleep and general wellbeing.
